Our Services
Our services are charged at £45 per hour plus the cost of any parts required, a full breakdown of all costs is provided before any work is carried out.
Repairs
We offer a call out service and many repairs can be successful on the call out as they may require virus attention or missing files due to corpution. If the computer requires more extensive repairs we can take your computer away and drop it back to you when the repair is complete.
Data Recovery
IN CASES OF DATA LOSS DO NOT USE THE DEVICE
Many accidentally deleted files can be simply be recovered if the device has not been used, if it has this can make it harder to recover the files.
For data recovery we have 4 steps:

If the files have been accidentally deleted, we have software that can recover these recently deleted files.

If the computer is non-operational we can attempt to repair the computer and gain access to your files.

If the hardware inside your computer that stores your data is corrupted or unreadable, we can remove the hardware and use our specialist equipment to copy the contents to new hardware.
